Welcome to Two Mountains Mercantile

I started this shop with a pretty simple idea.

I love small Canadian businesses. The candle maker two provinces over. The family in Quebec making baby gear by hand. The coffee roaster on PEI. But shopping them one website at a time is a hassle — and honestly, most people never find them at all.

So I built one place that brings them together.

Two Mountains Mercantile is a little online general store, stocked with goods from small makers across Canada. Candles, coffee, cozy throws, jewelry, baby things, cards with a sense of humour — every item here comes from a real person running a real small business.

I choose everything myself. I look for things that are well made, fairly priced, and have a story behind them. If it's in the shop, it's because I believe in the maker.

I'm not a big corporation. I'm one person in Nova Scotia, packing a lot of care into every order (and yes, I do a little happy dance when one comes in).

Thanks for stopping by. Take a look around — and if you find something you love, know that you just supported two small businesses at once: mine, and theirs.
